SYSTEM OBJECTIVE
Strategically designed to eliminate human error such as insufficient or critical torque or electrostatic discharge (ESD), ensuring a consistent, safe, and fully traceable production cycle.
PRECISION ROBOT
Use and integration of a robotic arm (SCARA or Collaborative type) carefully selected for its high repeatability and speed along the X, Y, and Z axes.
SCREWING SYSTEM
Intelligent electric screwdriver equipped with torque and angle control of the latest generation, capable of reporting and transmitting real-time data to the plant’s central control system.
AUTOMATIC FEEDING
Implementation of a vibratory bowl feeder system (bowl feeder) or a pneumatic automatic dispenser that delivers screws directly and precisely to the screwing point.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
The cell incorporates key peripheral tools designed to maximize quality in electronic handling:
- Artificial Vision: Smart cameras for instant correction of bolt position based on reference markers (fiducials) on the PCB.
- ESD Protection: electrostatic discharge certification certification to protec to protect highly sensitive board components.
